    RETURNS - DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, WRONG ITEM SENT

    We stand by the quality of our products. We will gladly replace (when applicable) or refund (including return shipping) any product that is damaged due to a manufacturing defect and/or our negligence, and no fault of the customer.

    If you feel as though your product may have a defect, please contact us at merckstudios@gmail.com.

    All return requests must be submitted by email within 30 days of package delivery.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also include the original packaging.

    Non-returnable items:
    Gift cards
    Digital downloadable products

    To complete your return, we require proof of purchase via the order confirmation email that was sent when the order was placed.

    RETURNS - NON-DAMAGED OR NON-DEFECTIVE
    Customer return requests for non-damaged and/or non-defective items will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at merckstudios@gmail.com to file a return request.

    REFUNDS
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    SALE ITEMS
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    EXCHANGES
    We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.  If you need to exchange an item due to the reasons above, send us an email at merckstudios@gmail.com.

    SHIPPING
    After contacting us and receiving a return approval, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

    Unless you are returning for a manufacturing defect, wrong item shipped, etc., you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Damaged or defective items are eligible for free return shipping.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
